Starting from modest roots, Lou and his wife built the business together — he handled the mechanics and sales, while she managed the books and phones. Over time, their sons joined the business, including Kevin Cecchini, who now serves as Sales Manager. Together, the family has grown Off Shore Marine into one of the top boat dealerships in the country.
